**Global Product Manager Segment Paper.**

**Posizione**:
Principali mansioni e responsabilità:

- Sviluppare e gestire a livello globale il segmento industriale affidato
- Incrementare il portafoglio clienti aumentandone il valore
- Supportare i team commerciali nel risolvere eventuali complessità
- Identificare le esigenze dei clienti, fornire input alla funzione R&D e collaborare sull’innovazione di prodotto
- Definire il costo di mercato target e supportare il programma dei prezzi dei prodotti
- Dirigere, coordinare e monitorare i lanci dei prodotti relativi al segmento specifico
- Costruire e mantenere solide relazioni con i clienti chiave
- Essere attore della promozione della cultura e dei valori aziendali

**Requisiti**:
Si richiedono:

- Laurea in Ingegneria o in discipline economiche
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese, orale e scritta
- Significativa esperienza nel ruolo maturata in un contesto internazionale
- Esperienza di coordinamento di team globali maturata in aziende internazionali
- Esperienza professionale acquisita presso un produttore OEM nel settore della carta

Altre competenze:

- Conoscenza approfondita della gestione commerciale, in particolare di prodotti tecnici
- Ottime doti relazionali e orientamento al cliente
- Spiccata cultura commerciale

La posizione prevede trasferte per circa il 50% del tempo
