Our client is a leading Italian dental group, currently operating 16 clinics, embarking on an ambitious journey of **corporate restructuring and subsequent expansion**. To support this transformation, we are seeking a highly experienced **General Manager**.

**Role Mission**
The General Manager will lead the organization through a comprehensive renewal process, with the following key objectives:

- Oversee the restructuring and optimization of the existing clinics.
- Introduce and integrate **digital solutions** to enhance operations and patient experience.
- Strengthen organizational processes and governance.
- Define and implement the **growth strategy** for the network in Italy and, progressively, internationally.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and deliver the restructuring plan for 16 clinics, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and performance goals are met.
- Drive **change management**, enhancing governance, corporate culture, and control systems.
- Implement digital transformation across clinical, administrative, and patient-facing processes.
- Develop and inspire local and central teams, ensuring organizational alignment and motivation.
- Design and execute the **expansion strategy**, including greenfield openings and M&A opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Economics, Management, or related fields; an MBA or international postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in **General Management or senior executive roles**, ideally within healthcare, organized retail, or comparable sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in **corporate restructuring** and business expansion.
- Strong expertise in **change management** and digital innovation applied to business processes.
- Outstanding leadership, strategic vision, and execution capabilities.
- **Fluency in English** is mandatory; knowledge of a second language will be considered an asset.
- **Availability to start as soon as possible**, as the project is scheduled to commence shortly.
