Our Experience Design team is totally committed to achieve this goal through a user-centered, iterative and pervasive approach. With over 50 talented professionals such as UX designers, UI designers, Service Designers, User Researchers, Visual Designers, Digital Analysts and Content Designers, the team manages all aspects of customer experience from design to communication to measurement with a strong evidence-based mindset.

We are looking for a Digital Communication and Content Specialist to join our team. We strongly believe that storytelling, content quality and communication strategy is a key part of the customer experience and need to be included and as structural part of the user journey.

What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Digital Communication and Content Managing reporting directly to the team manager;- You will have the opportunity to be involved in all the digital communication activities in a fast paced and ambitious context;- You will contribute to create, enhance and maintain Sisal digital story telling;- You will participate in the definition of communication and content guidelines and monitor;- You will directly manage through CMS the contents of Sisal digital properties with a performance oriented approach;- As part of the Experience Design team with a great variety of professionals you will have the chance to learn different approach and perspective;- Working with IT department you will have the possibility to enhance the CMS and improve the effectiveness of your own work;- You will participate from the very start to the most important Sisal digital new projects in a established process where you will be involved as a part of the creative process and as owner of the content requirement.

Who you are:
- You are proactive, organized, flexible, always aiming to find the best solution in your communication- You are interested in communication in digital environment;- You feel confident with copy, micro copy and text writing always looking at your output from the customer point of view;- You participated in creating communication campaign with a solid story telling background;- You have an analytical attitude with a strong focus on the performance of you work;- You are a curious person with the propensity to learn from people with different background and you have a strong will to mix up your skill with others to achieve results.

Preferrably, you also have:
- You worked with CMS and managed digital contents:
- You have basic html knowledge.
