Per la stagione 2026 ricerchiamo un/una:

- **Bar & Restaurant Manager - con inglese fluente**_

**Il Ruolo**

La figura selezionata avrà la responsabilità gestionale e organizzativa delle aree ristorante, cocktail bar ed eventi, con compiti di coordinamento del team, supervisione operativa e sviluppo del servizio.

**Principali Responsabilità**
- Coordinare e supervisionare il personale di sala e bar, garantendo il rispetto degli standard.
- Gestire l’operatività quotidiana del ristorante e del cocktail bar.
- Comunicare in modo fluente in lingua inglese con clientela internazionale.
- Curare l’immagine e la presentazione del locale, in linea con l’identità del brand.
- Gestire eventi privati e aziendali assicurando efficienza e organizzazione.

**Requisiti**
- Esperienza consolidata (minimo 3-5 anni) in ruoli manageriali in ristoranti, cocktail bar o strutture alberghiere.
- Inglese fluente (orale e scritto).
- Capacità di leadership, organizzazione e problem solving.
- Attitudine imprenditoriale e orientamento al cliente.
- Conoscenza delle dinamiche food & beverage, mixology e dining di livello.
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare in contesti dinamici.
