**What you will do**

As a Middle Verifiche Conformità at CESI S.p.A., your main responsibilities will include:

- Specialist studies and engineering consultancy relating to the phases of basic design and preliminary specification, design review, owner engineering, type & acceptance testing of components, system factory testing, field commissioning & trial operation of conventional electrical and conversion stations for HVDC connections
- Knowledge of electrical power systems and their modes of operation, protection and control
- Knowledge of energy conversion systems
- Modelling and simulation knowledge of electrical transients in RMS and EMT regime
- Main standardizations applicable to station engineering and HVDC conversion

**What you bring**

Among all your other talents, your key knowledge and experience is:
**Knowledge & Experience**
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with a focus (course and/or thesis) Systems/Energy
- Since this is a senior profile for which adequate professional experience is required, in addition to any university collaborations, the work activity previously carried out at manufacturers of conventional or conversion components and stations, or in companies or engineering firms, is relevant, especially if they have also allowed an enhancement of significant instrumental skills
- In addition to experiences of a more technical nature, any experiences gained of a managerial nature are relevant, relating to the organization of work, the planning of internal and external resources, and the flexibility to operate in diversified geographical and cultural contexts

**Skills & Competencies**
- Characteristics of resourcefulness and autonomy (in carrying out specialist studies, functional specifications and developments of methodologies)
- Knowledge of the most common software tools for electrical modeling and simulation (e.g. PSSE, DigSilent, PSCAD, ATP or equivalent)
- Advanced English language proficiency
