**Project scope**:

- Work within the Human Machine Interaction (HMI) team as responsible for HMI functions in the infotainment sector.
- Design change requests for suppliers and support their activities.
Responsibility
- Develop interactions with digital displays that include understanding existing/new features and how they will be logically implemented into existing digital devices or any new designs.
- Create interactive models to demonstrate HMI cluster/HUD/Infotainment interaction.
- Design and development of the user interface with interactive content to represent the HMI logic and flow.
- Work closely with a graphic designer to provide production graphics to the component supplier.
- Collaborate with feature owners and component specialists to develop new features that will become part of the digital display interface.
- Follow the development of HMI work on a program and validate that the interaction and graphics match the design intent on the vehicle hardware.
- Supports the development of advanced infotainment features/functions and their documentation in the requirements toolchain.
- Analyze the requirements and functional specifications with respect to the target SW.
- Interface with customers through workshops and design meetings.
- Coordination with other design/test departments and suppliers.
- Planning, management and monitoring of projects.
- Investigation and resolution of problems.
- Generate technical reports and various presentation materials to communicate issues.

**General requirements**

The following skills are required with a high level of experience in the team:

- Fluent English is MANDATORY
- Knowledge of the Italian language is appreciated.
- Knowledge of the German language is appreciated.
- High level experience in the automotive sector.
- High level experience in following the entire HMI development cycle (specification writing, stakeholder review, HMI validation).
- Experience with low-fid HMI prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe XD, Figma).
- Knowledge of the Change Management flow.
- YOU MUST HAVE: experience developing automation to solve problems.
- NICE TO HAVE: knowledge of the Atlassian framework (mainly Jira and Confluence).
- Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions.
- Knowledge and experience of Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato, Tempo pieno

Stipendio: €25.000,00 - €35.000,00 all'anno
