ERP Solution Architects Stream Lead I2r/cs

**Description**
The Hitachi Energy **ERP Solution Architects Stream Lead **is a member of the Hitachi Energy IS Platform & Applications team, working with the ERP RUN Organization.
You will lead a team of solution architects for the specific area of responsibility
**Responsibilities**
- You will coordinate the team for ERP solution architects for the stream
- You will oversee the assignment of tickets (incidents and change request) to architects within their stream.
- You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) in Run for his stream
- You will investigate shortfalls, issues and complaints in current Run processes.
- You will remain up-to-date with developments in management and process optimisation
- You monitor team and supplier performance
- You are responsible for solutioning, design, testing and support activities for related SAP modules on SAP S/4 Hana
**Background**
- Master's/Bachelor's Degree in of Engineering in Computer science (preferred) or related discipline.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience within Information Technology
- Solution architecture experience across various IT areas
- 5+ years of solution architecture experience across various IT areas with focus in the areas of Issue-to-Resolution
- Ability to generate new ideas, challenge status quo, take risks, support change and foster innovation. Fluent English language and good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with business and IT stakeholders
- Ability to provide leadership to ensure effective solutions that drive business value are created and implemented, in an environment of virtual teams
