Houskeeper Assistant

**Job Summary**:
As a Room Attendant at Il Picciolo Etna Golf Resort, you will be responsible for ensuring that all rooms are serviced to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing directly to our guests' satisfaction and creating a memorable stay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to established standards and procedures, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Ensure all rooms are clean, tidy, and presentable prior to guest arrival.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries related to housekeeping services.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage observed in guest rooms to the Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including housekeeping carts and storage rooms.
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to instructions.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Comply with the standards and expectations of the Curio Collection by Hilton brand.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or in a related field is preferred, but not essential. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without close supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- A positive andGuest-focused attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and contributing to a positive guest experience.
