**Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager**

**Location**: Italy (with occasional responsibilities in other international markets)
**Contract Type**: Consultancy agreement

**The Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts across Italy, with occasional projects in other international markets. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, competitive environments and is passionate about building long-term business relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities
- Maximize product sales and market penetration across the region
- Develop and manage long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Explore and execute strategies for market entry and expansion
- Represent Hangsen at trade shows and promotional events
- Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
- Gather customer insights and conduct market analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive brand growth (Brand, ODM,
OEM)
- Support and guide junior sales staff where applicable
- Develop pricing strategies and assist in proposal creation
- Execute promotional campaigns and on-the-ground sales activities
- Minimum 3 years of business and sales experience (FMCG background advantageous)
- At least 1 year experience in the vaping or related industry
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Italian
- Proven ability to manage key accounts and handle multiple clients
- Strong sales track record in fast-paced, competitive environments
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- **Valid driver's license required**

**What We Offer**
- Base compensation: €30,000 - €35,000 per year
- Attractive performance-based bonuses
- Car and phone allowance
