The Customer Service Retail takes care of our 60+ own and franchise stores in Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Spain and delivers service before and after-sales. Our Customer Service checks and creates orders in terms of quality, quantity, prices and delivery date and tracks the status until final delivery. Furthermore it is responsible for understanding the needs and requirements of the franchise partners as well as our own stores.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Order data entry in the ERP system
- Verification of correct pricing and management of price-settings for seasonal sales and promo products
- First level support for issues and general requests about brand and products
- Orderbook management regarding availabilities, order state, claims
- Process and management of the automatic replenishment system
- Close involvement into the process of opening new stores
- Help the deliveries and the logistic department as well as the administrative area for payment check
- Analysis of customer pain-points, issues and needs

**Profile**
- Very good German and English skills, good Italian
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Communication skills and analytical mindset
- Reliability, organization and attention to detail
- Passion for mountain sports
- Experience in customer support or in administration is a plus
