**_Role Summary_**

Per il team **Trade & Customs **della sede di** Roma** ricerchiamo un **Trade & Customs Consultant** che si occuperà di:

- Analisi di tutte le problematiche inerenti il commercio internazionale ed il diritto doganale in materia di dazi doganali, IVA ed accise, sia in relazione a rapporti di consulenza continuativa per gruppi multinazionali che per quanto concerne il contenzioso fiscale presso le Commissioni Tributarie;
- Tutte le principali aree di intervento quali classificazione delle merci, valore doganale, origine dei beni, Operatore Economico Autorizzato (AEO), due diligence, contenzioso, ecc.;
- Redazione di atti giudiziari in materia di diritto doganale ed accise;
- Analisi di strutture e pianificazioni di flussi internazionali connessi alla supply chain internazionale.

**_Qualifications/Requirements_**
- Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza;
- Voto di laurea superiore a 100/110;
- Costituirà requisito preferenziale aver conseguito un Master in diritto tributario
- Volontà di intraprendere la pratica forense e/o l’avvenuta abilitazione alla professione di Avvocato e/o aver svolto la pratica forense in diritto civile;

- Ottime capacità relazionali e di team working;
