Our Client is a** global company** and **international** **leader** among the world of road **transport** for light, medium and heavy commercial vehicles.

It has identified **carbon-neutral transition** as a strategic priority. For this purpose, it has decided to extend the initiative related to **vehicle electrification** to meet the ambitious goal of reaching Net Zero Carbon by 2040.

**PROFILE**

We are looking for a passionate leader in** IT Digital Employee Experience** to join the IT team and lead the **modernization** and **optimization** of digital workplace and overall digital employee experience. You will have the opportunity to work with the** latest technologies** and solutions to enhance the productivity, satisfaction, and engagement of employees. You will also have the chance to **shape the strategy** and **vision** of the IT Digital Employee Experience domain. In this role, you will be rethinking the digital employee experience in light of new **AI** and **cloud** technologies that can provide more personalized, proactive, and predictive support to workforce.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Overseeing the modern workspace enablement using the latest technologies in terms of employee desk support, endpoint (PC and mobile) management, AI enabled solution to improve digital employee experience;
- Overseeing the improvement plan and related projects;
- Oversee the overall architecture of enablers for digital employee experience;
- Using Design Thinking and journey mapping to optimize the whole employee journey with the target of making the company a flagship leader in this area;
- Driving the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the IT Digital Employee Experience domain and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in Computer Engineering or related fields;
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or employee experience design;
- A strong knowledge in the IT Digital Employee Experience domain, such as cloud computing, endpoint management, AI, chatbots, self-service portals, security, etc.
- A good knowledge of Microsoft 365;
- Experience in budget management;
- Good knowledge of English.
