Il nostro cliente, prestigiosa società operante nell’ambito immobiliare, ci ha incaricato di ricercare un:
**PROGRAM MANAGER & BUSINESS ADVISOR.**

La risorsa affiancherà l’A.D. nella vita aziendale quotidiana, nella gestione di progetti, iniziative e attività finalizzate a garantire il buon andamento della società. Avrà responsabilità sia di tipo organizzativo, che operativo, dovrà garantire l’efficacia delle azioni intraprese e rispettare le scadenze condivise.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Gestione della qualità delle relazioni con i referenti interni ed esterni alla società, agendo come punto di contatto principale
- Pianificazione delle attività volte a garantire il rispetto delle priorità
- Assistenza e gestione di task amministrativi
- Supporto nelle attività inerenti: controllo di gestione, operazioni di M&A, reportistica varia
- Organizzazione meeting, predisposizione presentazioni e documentazione, stesura verbali e monitoraggio avanzamento lavori
- Gestione di eventuali problematiche che dovessero insorgere durante lo sviluppo dei progetti.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea preferibilmente in Economia o materie scientifiche
- Pregressa esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni in ruolo analogo
- Gradita la provenienza da società di revisione/consulenza o studi legali specializzati in M&A
- Spiccata attitudine alle relazioni interpersonali e al coordinamento di attività e progetti
- Ottime competenze organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli, dinamicità e adattabilità
- Problem Solving e proattività
- Disponibilità a flessibilità oraria
- Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel.
