Digital Check in Agent

As a Digital Check in Agent, you deliver the promise we make to our customers. You not only create an unbeatable customer experience, you’re also skilful at promoting extra products and services. You will be the point of contact with customers working at our Virtual Service Room, providing them with excellent customer service about rental car, selling additional services and product related with the service offered. You will be able to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.

If you love helping customers and enjoy selling and if you love a dynamic job on the phone, contacting the booked customers to finalize their rental agreement, this could be an ideal role for you. Main Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
- contact private individuals by phone to complete the rental agreements of existing reservations
- cold calls
- use voice appropriately to involve customers in the telephone conversation
- deliver prepared sales scripts to inform potential customers about available products and services
- respond to questions
- identify and overcome objections as per process script
- take the customer through the customer and sales process
- obtain customer information
Who we are looking for:

- Experience on sales assistant or Hotellerie
- Fluent in Italian, Fluent in English, and preferably an additional Language between French, German, Spanish and Russian
- Sales driven, self-motivated, personable, and dependable
- You should also be willing to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Part-time, Tempo determinato
Orari part-time: 30/40 a settimana
