Match People società di Head Hunting specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di **Personale qualificato di senior e middle management **è attualmente alla ricerca di:

- 1 Materials Planner per importante azienda con sede in provincia di Varese, attiva da oltre 70 anni nella produzione di attrezzature per il contenimento degli animali.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, inserita all'interno del Team Planning and Procurement, dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività:

- Sviluppare il piano dei materiali aggregato e di dettaglio per soddisfare l’evasione degli ordini, mantenendo al minimo le scorte;
- Definire i parametri di pianificazione per gli articoli assegnati;
- Supportare la Responsabile nella determinazione dei quantitativi ottimali di scorte a magazzino per i materiali assegnati;
- Partecipare in modo proattivo al processo di phase-in/phase-out del prodotto;
- Interfacciarsi con Pianificatori e Buyer per bilanciare fornitura e necessità, garantendo che gli articoli siano approvvigionati in tempo;
- Inoltrare le richieste d'ordine di acquisto e/o contolavoro di materiali/semilavorati ai fornitori assegnati.
- Cooperare con i buyer per identificare i problemi di capacità e sviluppare le soluzioni appropriate.

**Requisiti**:
La risorsa ideale presenta i seguenti requisiti:

- Conoscenza dei processi di Supply Chain;
- Conoscenza di sistemi ERP (Enterprise resource planning);
- Precedente esperienza lavorativa di 2/3 anni maturata in contesti produttivi e in ruoli affini alla posizione;
- La conoscenza della lingua inglese rappresenterà un plus.

Si offre** inserimento diretto** in azienda con contratto **gomma-plastica** a tempo **indeterminato **e **RAL commisurata** all'effettiva esperienza della risorsa.

- Orario di lavoro flessibile 8.30/9.30 - 17.30/18.30.
