**Content Production Specialist - Skin care**:
JOB MISSION

We are looking for a [comfort zone] Content Production Specialist who combines branding culture and technical expertise to ensure excellence in our visual content production, and that every project is a masterpiece and a testament to our brand's purpose and positioning, and to our Group sustainable values.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

**Competitor research and trend analysis**: delve into industry trends, visual codes, and relevant topics, crafting strategies that set us apart in a dynamic landscape.

**Briefing to creatives**: inspire and guide with concise and impactful briefings.

**Content planning and coordination**: develop a strategic content production calendar, orchestrating timelines, and milestones to ensure successful campaign launches.

**Shooting coordination and presence**: be the maestro of product and prop gathering, coordinating agencies and creatives to orchestrate captivating shoots. Your presence during shoots ensures smooth sailing and creative brilliance.

**Budget oversight**: project costs, administer and optimize budgets, and ensure financial efficiency.

**Legal and Copyright management**: safeguard our creations by managing legal contacts and copyright processes, securing our intellectual property.

**Agency scouting and selection**: collaborate in scouting and selecting agencies, providing vital support to our creatives in finding the perfect partners.

**Models selection**: curate the right cast by selecting models that resonate with our brand, enhancing the visual storytelling experience.

**Content archive and distribution**: establish a seamless process to organize, store, and share our content with internal stakeholders, fostering a cohesive and informed team.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing successful management of creative production processes.
In-depth understanding of industry trends, visual aesthetics, and copyright laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at articulating creative visions and collaborating effectively.
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to foster a collaborative environment, encouraging the best from a creative team while liaising with various departments.
Keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality standards in all aspects of content creation and distribution.
Good English knowledge.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes.
Passion for beauty and sustainability.
