Be as proud to belong to Meliá as we are of you **Mission of the position**: the Cluster Backoffice Agent is responsible for ensuring the correct management of the reservations for the 4 hotels in Milan. **What will you have to do?** - Receive and manage all the reservations coming from the Cluster Booking Center in Spain for the 4 Hotels in Milan; - verify the reservations have been correcty insert into the system; - manage all the economical and bureaucratic practices releated to the reservations; - monitoring of the occupancy of the 4 Hotels and produce reporting. **What are we looking for**: - Previous experience in a similar role it would be a plus; - University degree, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality; - Advanced Italian and English knowledge; the knowledge of Spanish is a plus; - Interesting in a part-time 50% position. **At Meliá we are all VIP** Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
