**Job Description Summary**: At Avio Aero, a GE Aviation Business unit, we’ve been reimagining the power of flight for more than 100 years. We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate in spreading the Autonomous Maintenance methodology through learning sessions
- Collaborate in planning and keeping track of autonomous maintenance yards
- Collaborate in controlling the autonomous maintenance activities when specific skills or variations are assigned to external contractors
- Collaborate in keeping under control maintenance costs related to deterioration and executes corrective actions in order to stay within the budget

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering
- Solid analytical, problem solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal and Leadership skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
- EU work permit

**Desired Characteristics**:

- Ability to handle multiple task in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity and ability to face uncertainties
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience abroad will be considered as a plus
- Strong oral and written communication skills
