We are looking for a **Cyber Security Specialist**in our Cyber Security and BCM team within the** Legal, Compliance and Security** department based in Milan. In this role, reporting directly to the Information Security Officer, your main responsibility is to evaluate, implement and design Cyber Security solutions.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with colleagues in the group cyber function and CERT in emergency management;
- Guide delivery teams in the implementation of external regulatory requirements like GDPR or internal security policies;
- Plan, execute and steer quality assurance measures in the security field like penetration tests;
- Support of the development and maintenance of security principles, standards, roadmaps in compliance with standards and policies of the E.ON Group
- Support the achievement of requirements identified by ISO 22301 (Business Continuity)

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Information Security/Computer Engineering or Master in Cyber Security
- Good understanding of main Cyber risks and countermeasures
- Basic knowledge of Business continuity standards
- Basic knowledge of GDPR, NIS 2
- Experience in implementation of Cyber Security standards
- Confident in working with international teams
- Very good communication skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
