**About the Role**:

Olly Olly is seeking a seasoned UI/UX Designer to build high-conversion landing pages and social media ads. As we expand our strategy to provide our sales team with qualified leads beyond traditional cold-calling, your designs will play a central role in driving growth and engagement.

- Shape the vision for Olly Olly's website and ad design strategy, collaborating with the leadership team.
- Design user-friendly, high-conversion landing pages for PPC and social media campaigns.
- Create captivating ad visuals for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive designs aligned with marketing goals.
- Continuously optimize designs based on user feedback, testing, and analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX and ad design trends to ensure visuals remain fresh and effective.

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a focus on landing pages and ads.
- Expertise in designing conversion-focused interfaces that engage users.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize designs based on user behavior.
- Proficiency with design tools and frameworks that support scalable, effective solutions.
- A portfolio showcasing landing page and social media ad designs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a SaaS B2B environment.
- Strong communication and project management skills to lead projects from concept to completion.
