**Posizione**:
La risorsa ideale è neolaureata e sarà chiamata a supportare l’ufficio in tutte le attività di back-office, si occuperà di attività di controllo Formazione e Sicurezza, sarà inoltre coinvolto in ambito organizzazione corsi di formazione per il personale di Sede e di Punti Vendita, parteciperà ad attività di onboarding. Inoltre sarà coinvolto nell'implementazione e nello sviluppo di tutte le attività della Digital Academy e dell’innovativa WebApp “YamApp” e della popolazione dei suoi contenuti.

La risorsa supporterà il team in attività di controllo corsi e rendicontazioni.

E’ richiesta una buona capacità relazionale e comunicativa, precisione e organizzazione, rispetto delle deadline assegnate, entusiasmo e voglia di imparare.
