PRODUCT EXPERT

La risorsa, inserita in un ambiente stimolante e con opportunità di crescita, avrà i seguenti compiti:

- Accogliere ed assistere il cliente di showroom, ricevendo le sue richieste e mappando attivamente le sue esigenze
- Illustrare le caratteristiche dei brand e dei prodotti, proponendo le soluzioni più adatte alle necessità del cliente
- Preparare un'esperienza a contatto con il prodotto (test drive) e configurare l'auto scelta elencando le opzioni disponibili
- Condurre il processo di consegna delle vetture e preparare eventuali accorgimenti utili a fornire al cliente un'esperienza unica di acquisto
- Supportare i colleghi nella cura dello showroom, nella logística e nell'esposizione delle vetture e nella realizzazione di presentazione dei nuovi prodotti
- Laurea o diploma di maturità
- Esperienza nel contatto col pubblico, maturata preferibilmente in contesti premium e luxury
- Empatia e orientamento alla soddisfazione dei desideri altrui
- Stile comunicativo versatile e coinvolgente
- Interesse e cultura in ambito automotive
- Competenze digitali e inerenti alle nuove tecnologie

Sede di lavoro: Bologna

Si offre contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di inserimento.
