Il **Construction Project Manager Elettrico** può essere referente di uno o più progetti, supervisiona le attività pianificate, è responsabile dei costi e dei ricavi, coordina la squadra dedicata ai lavori e gestisce i fornitori ingaggiati a supporto dei progetti. Nello specifico la persona ricercata si occuperà di:

- Preventivazione con valutazioni tecniche ed economiche di attività richieste
- Gestione di progetti (organizzazione e gestione del personale in cantiere, sopralluoghi, individuazione dei materiali da ordinare per organizzare le liste e gli ordini, gestione fornitori e sub-appaltatori),
- Verifiche sulla sicurezza del cantiere
- Gestione dei rapporti con il cliente
- Consuntivi dove richiesto
- Proposte e valutazioni delle varianti sui cantieri a seguito di valutazioni tecniche dei progetti
- Verifica/analisi stato avanzamento lavori

Di seguito i requisiti richiesti:

- Conoscenza degli impianti
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 5 anni
- Conoscenza ambiente Office
- Conoscenza di Primus
- Buon utilizzo Autocad
- Buona conoscenza di Project
- Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento
- Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi
- Attitudine al lavorare di squadra
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Patente B
