- Analyse the business requirements, to have a good understanding of supply chain business processes and transfer the same knowledge to the development team: i.e. demand planning, production planning, transportation, warehouse management
- Manage the budget of the project and the tracking of the change requests.
- Collect and analyse supply chain business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team.
- Interview the business project team, to analyse documents, to organize workshops, surveys, visiting sites, developing business processes using task flow analysis and work-flow analysis.
- Understand the technical designs as well as the specification.
- Support and to manage the project team
- Manage the process of change requests in compliance with IT methodology and to track and control the budget of the project budget.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like UI, screen and interface designs.
- Provide suggestions to the development team during the development stage of the solution to meet customer's business needs.
- Solve conflicts between actual and required user needs to guarantee the deploy of the project deliverables.
- Support and training the key users and end users on system functionalities.
