Photographer - Internship

We are looking for a **Photographer Intern **to join our Content Production team in Brugherio (Monza).

The person in this role will work in a team which produces high quality video clips and images of all or selected series of products, pack shots and lifestyle for multichannel photographic contents.
The role requires good photographic skills for still life, including lighting techniques, teamwork and requires a high level of precision and reliability as well as a high awareness of respecting deadlines.

**Some of your main responsibilities will be**:

- To support the highest quality photography for all products, including those that require a high degree of problem-solving
- To ensure that all product imagery is available for presentation in accordance with commercial deadlines.
- To support creative lighting requirements for both still and moving imagery within OH&S Guidelines.
- Proficiency broadcast camera operation, requiring variable framing and dynamic composition.
- To operate lighting and vision control equipment making required adjustments to present imagery with the best possible technical and aesthetic standards
- To digitally manipulate any image requiring color corrections, shading and background.

**To be successful in this role you'll need to have**:

- Degree /or equivalent in Art / Photography or a related discipline with a strong photographic element.
- Basic proficiency in software packages including Capture, Photoshop and image upload systems.
- Understanding of shoot process and workflows.
- Capability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good level of creativity and design technique
- Communication: ability to convey information clearly and concisely both in person, via correspondence and over the phone, and express oneself well and professionally and listen to others and ensure understanding of information
- Flexibility: ability to adjust to work processes or procedures, adapt to others and work effectively and in a positive manner when under pressure or in ambiguous situations
