Per una delle loro Unità Produttive sita in Emilia Romagna stiamo ricercando un/una

**EHS Manager**

E’ sicuramente una posizione interessante in un'azienda internazionale in cui si apprezza lo sviluppo personale e l'esperienza.

**Posizione:

- essere responsabile della gestione e della corretta attuazione delle politiche e delle procedure di Salute e Sicurezza nello stabilimento.
- Garantire, attraverso sistemi e procedure di best practice, il raggiungimento e il mantenimento di una cultura "0 Incidents".
- Garantire il rispetto della normativa vigente in materia di EHS, gestire audit EHS interni ed esterni in conformità con i sistemi di gestione della qualità, eseguire valutazioni del rischio basate su misurazioni e relazioni tecniche al fine di garantire la qualità dell'ambiente e la sicurezza del lavoratore.
- Garantire lo sviluppo e il mantenimento del Piano di Autotutela.
- Assicurare l'aggiornamento e la conoscenza di tutte le istruzioni di sicurezza delle macchine e fornire una formazione specifica sulla sicurezza secondo la legge italiana.
- dovrà inoltre assistere il team di gestione nel guidare, consigliare e motivare tutti i dipendenti in tutte le questioni relative alla salute e sicurezza, nonché alle questioni ambientali.

**Requisiti**:

- laurea, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Industriale o similare
- almeno 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in un ambiente manifatturiero avendo ricoperto la posizione di RSPP.
- buona conoscenza dei vari standard di Sicurezza e Qualità.
- solida conoscenza dei requisiti legali relativi all'EHS (Health & Safety in particolare).
- comunicatore efficace con buone capacità interpersonali e orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi.
- Inglese fluente
