Il nostro cliente è una importante realtà multibusiness che nell'ottica del continuo sviluppo ci ha incaricati di ricercare un
- **Site Manager Impianti Generali**_

da collocare all’interno della BU ENGINEERING, settore che si occupa da 90 anni di progettazione, realizzazione e gestione di impianti tecnologici in ambito civile, industriale ed energy.

Alle dipendenze del Service Manager, è il primo riferimento per il cliente nella gestione delle problematiche manutentive, operando nel rispetto delle procedure di Qualità aziendali. In caso di guasto o anomalia coordina tempestivamente gli interventi, assicurando l’efficacia dell’intervento di ripristino. E’ nominato Dirigente per la sicurezza e opera nel rispetto delle prescrizione di legge in materia di sicurezza, assicurando la corretta esecuzione secondo le norme e le procedure

**Attività**:

- Verifica la disponibilità dei materiali, delle attrezzature e degli strumenti necessari per l’esecuzione delle attività
- Verifica l’esecuzione delle misurazioni e delle registrazioni obbligatorie per assicurare la qualità delle attività di manutenzione sugli impianti **(Climatizzazione, Condizionamento, Media-bassa tensione, Impianti elettrici speciali, Presidi antincendio attivi e passivi, Impianti idrici)**
- Coordina l’attività dei Coordinatori/ tecnici operativi
- Verifica l’attività dei fornitori e delle ditte in subappalto
- Collabora alla redazione dei piani di manutenzione con i servizi tecnici
- Collabora con il responsabile all’analisi dei costi dei materiali e alla valutazione delle offerte dei fornitori

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Diploma ad indirizzo elettrico/termotecnico
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella costruzione e/o gestione della manutenzione di impianti generali
- tecnologici elettrici ed idraulici/meccanici

Buona conoscenza dei sistemi informatici

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
- Straordinari
