Industrialization and Quality in Production

At the service of Decathlon Produzione Italia's project, you will work in a stimulating environment and team to develop and industrialize beautiful products for the pleasure and benefit of our worldwide customers. We are looking for a resource that join our team as a maternity leave replacement.

Your responsabilities
- Management of Decathlon suppliers.
- Cost management and validation process in the product quotation phase.
- Creation and follow-up of a product development and industrialization planning, within the target time frame.
- Responsibility for the product validation steps, both from the technical point of view and in terms of quality and capacity.
- Consistency between the Technical Requirement and the physical product before mass production is launched.
- Analysis and animation of production process efficiency (OWE).

**Your profile**:

- Avid sports lover.
- English is a must. French is a plus.
- Engineering degree (or in mathematics, physics..etc)
- Passionate about production processes
- 6 Sigma and 4.0 paradigm skills are welcome
- Relational capacity, Teamwork, Target orientation and Organisational skills are necessary.
- Availability for travel and weekly transfers.
