As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks that complement our vibrant atmosphere. Your creativity and expertise in mixology will enhance our guests' experience, making each visit to our bar(s) a highlight of their stay. You'll know all about our products and how to sell them to our guests. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. **What You'll Do** - Prepare and serve an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, spirits, wines, and beers, according to established recipes and standards. - Engage with guests, offering personalized service and making drink recommendations. - Ensure the bar is fully stocked, organized, and clean throughout your shift. - Maintain knowledge of our beverage offerings and participate in ongoing training and development. - Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring responsible service of alcohol. - Assist in event bar setups and private functions. - Assist in general front-of-house duties, including seating guests and answering queries. - Be a secret concierge for the city, answering guests' questions about the best places to visit, eat, shop, or have fun. - Assist our guests with any requests or needs related to our facilities (you might even pick up some new technical skills along the way). **Who You Are**: - Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end or high-volume bar environment. - Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits. - Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality with a flair for customer service. - Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods. - You have a flexible, hands-on, motivated, and positive attitude. - You're a multitasker who loves putting your skills to good use. - You love taking responsibility and handle busy periods with professional calm. - A good level of English - Know other languages?
