Junior Quality Assurance

La risorsa, in qualità di Junior Quality Assurance e a diretto riporto del Responsabile di dipartimento QA, dovrà occuparsi principalmente di:
- Supporto all'attività di gestione di reclami e danni per tutte la società del Gruppo;
- Gestione e mantenimento del sistema Qualità al fine di soddisfare i requisiti della norma ISO 9001 e seguendo le procedure e indicazioni del Gruppo;
- Supporto all'attività di pianificazione e svolgimento di audit di Qualità (sia interni che esterni);
- Preparazione e aggiornamento di metriche mensili e KPI del reparto.
Storica realtà del settore delle spedizioni internazionali e della logística|Si ricerca un Junior Quality Assurance
- Pregressa esperienza di 2 anni nel ruolo;
- Preferibile percorso di studi in ambito giuridico o similari;
- Inglese fluente;
- Conoscenza della normativa in tema di gestione del sistema Qualità, con particolare riferimento alla ISO 9001;
- Dinamicità, proattività e forte desiderio di formarsi a 360° nel ruolo;
- Mentalità analitica e ottime capacità di organizzazione;
- Conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
