**The role**

The role will initially report directly to the Managing Director with a future prospect of being a part of the Operation Services or Installation department.

**Responsibilities**
- By phone you know how to gain the trust of the customer with your knowledge and enthusiasm.
- You ask the right questions to see if it's possible to install solar panels. If so, you book in a meeting with our representatives who visit the customers at home.
- With our 3D design software, you design a tailor-made solar system (residential).
- You are the first point of contact for our customers throughout the sales process.

**Minimum** requirements
- Technical background (electrical, electronics) and experience in the design of PV residential systems
- Good proficiency in English.
- You have an empathic attitude, you like to think along with the customer.
- You are interested in sustainable energy.
- You are a real team-player.
