**Internship Human Factors/Psicologia Applicata**:
Deep Blue, PMI leader in Italia nei progetti di ricerca e sviluppo finanziati dalla CE, cerca **un/una stagista** in psicologia applicata proveniente da un percorso di psicologia, interessato ai fattori umani e all’applicazione della psicologia in industrie safety critical, come aeronautica, spazio, chirurgia. Non sono richieste esperienze lavorative precedenti.

Lo/la stagista collaborerà con i nostri esperti nei nostri progetti di ricerca e sviluppo.

**Cosa farai**:

- Ricerca e analisi di tecniche ed approcci al briefing (pre-ops) e debriefing (post-ops) applicati in ambienti safety-critical (Deep Blue offre accesso diretto al campo per i domini di healthcare, civil aviation, space, rail, manufacturing)
- Confronto critico tra i vari domini analizzati
- Supporto nella sviluppo di un approccio competence-driven alla formazione in ambito sanitario
- Supporto per interviste e workshop con end-users
- Reporting dei risultati

**Cosa ti serve**:

- Inglese: ottima conoscenza della lingua scritta e parlata (sarà verificata in sede di colloquio)
- Laurea in Psicologia, Neuroscienze, Interazione Umani-Computer, oppure discipline affini. Lauree scientifiche sono ben accette, se con spiccato interesse per i fattori umani.
- Interesse ad approfondire il funzionamento di industrie complesse e le attività umane collegate, ad esempio per piloti, controllori di volo, chirurghi.
- Attitudine alla user research, all’interazione con utenti esperti, e interesse per la ricerca bibliográfica sui temi proposti
