FELLOWSHIP IN STRUCTURAL BIOLOGY
IRCCS San Raffaele Scientific Institute in Milan, Italy, is looking for a PhD Student to join the Biomolecular NMR Laboratory. The group uses biomolecular NMR spectroscopy coupled to biochemical, biophysical and computational methods to study the structure/function activity of proteins (or protein domains) involved in human diseases (e.g. cancer, genetic diseases).
**Main responsibilities**:
protein expression and purification for structural studies
structural and biophysical studies of protein complexes;
otivated researcher with B.S.MA in biological sciences, biotechnology, chemistry or physics
junior fellows interested in a Ph.D
experience in molecular biology and/or biochemistry, protein expression and purification is essential
experience in biophysical and structural biology methods (e.g. ITC, NMR, BLI, SPR, X-ray, cryo-EM) and/or cell biology is considered a plus
good organizational skills, ability to focus on multiple priorities are required
