**About Us**:
Revive Fashion Week and Shop Musa are collaborating to create an unforgettable Milan Fashion Week event. We partner with top designers, influencers, stylists, and industry leaders to deliver a premier fashion experience. This is your chance to work behind the scenes, refine your skills, and potentially transition into a long-term paid role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in curating runway-ready looks in collaboration with designers and stylists.
- Ensure wardrobe choices align with the event's theme and branding.
- Organize, prepare, and maintain clothing, accessories, and other materials backstage.
- Provide on-site support for fittings, rehearsals, and live events, including managing quick changes.
- Collaborate with models and production teams to ensure a smooth backstage flow.
- Research current trends to help refine the overall styling vision for the event.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven interest or experience in fashion styling, with a portfolio showcasing past work (preferred).
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, garment care, and styling techniques.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative, high-pressure environment.
- Passion for fashion and event production, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

**Schedule**:
