Junior Web Project Manager

**ABOUT THE TEAM**:
The D-Edge Italia Web Studio is looking for a project manager for the Venice office (Mestre). Main mission is to carry out projects to create responsive websites for hotels, from their design phase to their implementation online:
**Mission**:

- Analysis and collection of customer needs
- Producing workload and planning estimation with different teams
- Formalizing project specifications and the creation brief (technical specificities, editorial line and production plan for the site)
- Coordination and support of different project stakeholders (designer, developer...)
- Delivery of the site in accordance with the deadlines / scope agreed with the client
- Responsible for visibility to the client, via steering meetings and progress monitoring
- After it is online, following up on the website and its support requests
- Keeps up to date with new technologies
- Quick learner and will transform eye-catching designs into pixel-perfect web pages, on mobile, tablet and desktop

**Integration & training**:

- We offer placement and training in a dynamic and friendly team of 15 people in a stimulating international environment, part of the large ACCOR family. You will be supported for an extended period by a more experienced PM who will illustrate the peculiarities of the D-EDGE product, guiding you in the implementation of the first projects, with the aim of making him/her autonomous in the 360° project management, starting from the reception of the brief until the website goes online.

- Organizational skills and analytical mind
- Calm management of emergency situations and high level of reactivity
- Creative sensibility
- Excellent relationship and ability to adapt to different interlocutors (designer, developers, account manager, IT, products, managers...)
- Proficiency in the digital production chain (project phase, classic project management (gantt, wbs) and Agile (scrum, kanban)
- Multi-project management (handling various projects running at the same time)
- Keeps up to date with new technologies
- Quick learner and will transform eye-catching designs into pixel-perfect web pages, on mobile, tablet and desktop
- Good english, spoken and written
