We are looking for experienced SAP technology consultants to advise and support our customers on the journeys to becoming intelligent and sustainable enterprises.

**What you will do**

As a Technical Services Manager (TSM) you will be a technical advisor you will help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey with tailored-to-fit cloud solutions that deliver business value and outcomes. This includes assessing the customer’s business requirements for their SAP landscape and navigate and mitigate cloud adoption challenges together with our business network partners.

This will include understanding the business transformation goals and challenges of our customers, suggesting solutions and services, and identifying and positioning SAP Enterprise Cloud Services portfolio offerings.

You will ensure smooth transitions by identifying issues, finding solutions, designing optimal configurations to maximize performance and availability and act as an escalation point for technical issues.

**What you bring**

To be successful in this role you will need to have expertise in SAP technologies and products with a comprehensive knowledge of SAP Basis or S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools or SAP HANA.

You will also need to have:

- Solid know-how of hyper scalers
- An understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine)
- Deep experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solution
- Extensive consulting experience in technology consulting with a strong focus on customer interaction and satisfaction
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory. Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is an advantage.
