Sialia, azienda che si occupa di servizi di pulizia su tutto il territorio italiano cerca un un supervisor operativo per la Toscana.

**RICHIESTE**:
La risorsa, si occuperà della gestione operativa della commessa in tutte le sue attività, garantendo i risultati in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali di redditività, puntualità e qualità.

Nello specifico:

- gestione del rapporto con il Cliente
- gestione del gruppo di lavoro presente sul territorio
- pianificazione del programma di lavoro
- garantire la presenza del giusto numero di risorse umane nelle unità produttive(gestire la sostituzione del personale assente)
- ricerca tempestiva di una soluzione a seguito di disservizi segnalati durante l’erogazione del servizio

**REQUISITI**:

- **utilizzo del pc/ cellulare
- patente B
