**L’AZIENDA**: Consolidata Società metalmeccanica Leader nella costruzione di Sistemi/Impianti industriali a forte contenuto di automazione ed esportati in tutto il mondo. Nell’ambito di un progetto di innovazione tecnologica, ricerca il R&D Innovation Manager.
Sede di lavoro: Italia Centrale.
**LA POSIZIONE**: Sarà di sua pertinenza, alle dipendenze della Direzione Generale, la gestione della Funzione R&D nei termini di realizzazione di nuovi Prodotti e Soluzioni Tecnologiche automatizzate, installate su linee/macchine di propria costruzione, nel rispetto dei tempi e dei costi.
**IL CANDIDATO IDEALE**: è un/una Laureato/a in Ingegneria Meccanica, o Meccatronica o dell’Automazione, che presenta una consolidata competenza interdisciplinare nella progettazione, ingegnerizzazione e realizzazione di Sistemi (meccanici, termodinamici) complessi e customizzati, maturata presso Aziende Industriali o Società di Engineering.
Sono richieste doti di gestione e motivazione del team di lavoro.
L’esigenza di confrontarsi quotidianamente con interlocutori esteri impone un’ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
