**Descrizione dell’attività**:
Il Learning & Development Specialist garantisce funzionamento e adattamento della Academy HRM alla strategia aziendale. Mette a fuoco un’offerta formativa funzionale ai fabbisogni formativi, garantendo l’erogazione e il monitoraggio delle attività operative ad esse correlate.

**Attività Principali**:

- Identificazione fabbisogni formativi e finanziamento attività formative
- Definizione dell’offerta formativa
- Reportistica e monitoraggio delle attività formative
- Organizzazione Academy Interne ed coordinamento delle attività formative

**Conoscenza e caratteristiche apprezzate**:

- Laurea in Materie Umanistiche, Giurisprudenza, Economia aziendale, Psicologia, Scienze Cognitive o simili con focus su temi HR
- Passione per il mondo delle Human Resources, proattività, precisione e capacità di resistere allo stress
- Affidabilità nel seguire accuratamente le istruzioni con la capacità di multitasking e capacità di adattamento ad un ambiente dinamico, mantenendo relazioni professionali ed etiche con una forte riservatezza;
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici, del pacchetto Office e di Outlook
- Inglese: buono (B2-C1)
- Plus Passione per la tecnologia
