The Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) Training and Education (T&E) team develops the therapy training and education strategies for the EMEA region. To join our team, we are currently looking for an Assistant who will support the Western Europe (WE) team.
As a Training & Education Administrative Specialist you will be working with partners throughout EMEA ensuring that CAS new and current hires receive the proper training to be successful in their career. Your support is also essential in organizing on-site training events in various European countries.
**A Day in the Life**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling training sessions, workshops, and educational programs for employees, and coordinate the logístical aspects of training events (room bookings, equipment setup and shipping, catering arrangements, etc.).
- Serve as a point of contact for participants, instructors, and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and assisting with course-related communication.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials (brochures and internal communications)
- Maintain accurate and organized records of training materials, participant lists, and program evaluations, and ensures training program(s) meets company and customer objectives.
- Support the team in tracking and reporting on T&E budget expenditures, helping to ensure cost-effective training programs.
- Prepare regular reports and analyses related to T&E activities, including attendance, course evaluations and training metrics, and supports training policies as established by management.
- Provide general administrative support to the T&E team, including assistance with meetings, events, and special projects. Create and maintain logistics and training process documents.
Some travel might be expected to occasionally support the on-site teams if necessary (less than 10% of the total work time).
**Must Haves**
- Bachelor level degree, University degree or equivalent
- Previous experience on similar position
- Proficiency in multiple computer software tools (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluent English
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of people, willing to team and collaborate with co-workers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Flexible, willing to accept new responsibilities as necessary to meet changing needs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
