We are looking for an Apprentice for our EHS Central Function, in Milan who will be trained in **2 years** as **EHS Specialist.**

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the

**Your Challenge**:
As **EHS** **Specialist** some of your main activities will be:

- Together with RSPP manage and improve Risk assessment (according to D.Lgs81/08);
- Analyse, implement and monitor adherence to EHS standards and regular reporting
- Prepare EHS procedures and operating instructions
- Prepare documentation (power-point presentations) for internal and external communications
- Contribute to design of intranet EHS page/EHS Yammer Community, developing contents
- Contribute to develop new initiatives concerning EHS communication
- Deep interaction with Service of Prevention and Protection and Country EHS Officer
- Close cooperation with EHS Central Function and Business EHS teams

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- You are fresh graduate Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and Workplace, Prevention and Safety and Prevention Engineering in the Process Industry, Engineering Management or related fields
- You have basic knowledge of EHS requirements according Italian legislation (Qualifications as ASPP due to Italian Decree 81/08 as preferred)
- You have knowledge about international standards ISO45001 and ISO14001
- You have proven IT knowledge about cloud systems and intranet design
- Good in English and Italian
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
