ABOUT WHIRLPOOL CORPORATION
**The team you will be a part of**:
- The Retail Marketing team is accountable for driving sell-out to the end-consumer through stores across all Channels by designing and executing the merchandising strategy as well as leveraging on the Promoter network across the geography.
**This role in summary**:
Create go-to-market plans to deliver in line with market Profit Plan through a full understanding of channel Priorities, competitive & trade partners dynamics, and translating insights into actionable plans. Responsible for Commercial and Prono Strategy for all the Freestanding business in Italy. Responsible for the management of some direct reports.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Translate marketing strategies (brand initiatives and launch plans) into customised marketing plans by channel/account
- Conduct business analysis and gather market insights to set priorities to channel sales teams Define market line up based on model catalogue.
- Manage Trade Partner Investments according to company guidelines
- Create & execute go-to-market plans to deliver in line with market Profit Plan
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Commercial Policy of the Business Unit, Deploy push plans and communicate service level gaps / opportunitie
- Key trade partners meetings preparation and participation
- Serves as liaison to the Sales field and provides Trade Partner support/presentations for strategic initiatives/line reviews
- Reference for decisions on assortment, distribution, display, pricing, promotion at Trade Partner level
- Create concept and prepare sell in/sell out offers and trade partner promotions. Deploy and monitor them.
- Reference for decisions on assortment, distribution, display, pricing, promotion at Trade Partner level.
- Support Sales Director/Area Leader in definition of a yearly Sales by Trade Partner to achieve market targets.
- Contribute to optimize Sales execution effectiveness and Trade coverage Within regional guidelines, define product assortment and prices/value chains at TP’s level.
**Minimum requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor /Master's degree (Economics or related studies)
- 4+ years of similar previous experience
- Strong analytical skills and Excellent communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, Power Point
**Preferred skills and experiences**:
- Coming from the Electronical Retail industry is a Plus
- People management experience is considered as a plus
