We are looking for an exceptional Labour Consultant professional to join our growing Team

This position requires a minimum o 20 hour in our office. The rest of the hours can be worked remotely.

**Responsibilities**
- Inform and provide guidance to clients who are looking to hire workers in Italy (both in English and Italian)
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage client’s queries promptly
- Create employment contracts using available templates
- Creating policies and handbooks that detail company operations
- Help and supervise the payroll team to run payroll processes smoothly
- Advise directors and colleagues on best practices

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Law or HR or related studies
- At least 2 years of experience as Consulente del Lavoro
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Attention to details
- Nice, kind and fun personality

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Part-time
