**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive operational excellence strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence tools to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and other departments to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
- Facilitate training and development programs to build operational excellence capabilities among site personnel.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the impact of implemented changes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence throughout the site.
- Participate in cross-site initiatives to share best practices and leverage operational excellence across the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Pharmacy, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or related industry, with a proven track record in operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (solid, semi-solid, and liquid), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
**Working Conditions**:
- This role may require occasional travel to other sites and participation in cross-functional meetings.
- The position may involve direct exposure to manufacturing environments, requiring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
