Proclinical are recruiting a CRA II, Italy for a consultancy organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and allows for remote working but preferably based in and around Rome and/or Milan. The client is focused on assisting their clients consent to drugs/devices within various therapeutic areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site management actions and offer current updates of site status to Clinical Project Manager.
- Act as the main point of contact for the organisation on allocated study sites.
- Perform remote supervising and accomplish the linked actions rendering to study specific supervisory plans.
- When needed, you will contribute to and achieve overall and study specific training.
- Guarantee appropriate storage, exemption, and responsibility of all investigational (IP) and trial-connected resources.
- Support study start-up actions, which involves viability, pre-study actions and sites selection.
- You will gather, evaluate and track vital/regulatory papers.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a nursing, pharmacy, health / natural science discipline, or Rn with an associate degree, or at least a 3 years nursing degree with at least 2 years of experience in clinical nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience in clinical trial monitoring or similar experience determined by the company.
- Familiarity with performing clinical research studies in a hospital environment, pharmaceutical organisation or a CRO.
- Communication abilities both verbally and written.
- Able to think critically, make decisions and work self-sufficiently.
- Works well with others with social capabilities and client service focused.
- Computer literacy and software systems proficiency, which involves clinical trial, Management (CT MS), electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), electronic Data Capture (EDC), or similar systems
- Capable of comprehending multifaceted medical vocabulary and processes.
- Able to supervise multifaceted studies.
- Know-how of ICH/GCP and all appropriate regulatory needs.
