Global Tax Manager

A multinational company with a global presence has tasked us with finding an International Senior Tax Manager to join their team, reporting directly to the Chief Tax Officer.
The role's characteristics focus on:
- Global taxation
- Transfer Pricing
- Corporate and Indirect Tax
**Responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of new project in the tac strategy
- Provide seniority to the Transfer Pricing team
- Support the global trasformation and the business projects
- Manage the Transfer Pricing team
- Deliver the Transfer Pricing and tax strategic projects
- Re-mold the Transfer pricing compliance
Individual accountabilities
- Transfer pricing group compliance
- Transfer pricing projects relevant for the tax strategy
- Support to synergy project implementation
- Automatization of the Transfer Pricing processes
Shared accountabilities
- Tax audits
- Tax strategy
**Your Profile**
- 5 to 7+ years' experience with at least 3' years' exeperience in Corporate
- University degree in economics
- Strong fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of Transfer Pricing methodology and highly experienced in Transfer Pricing compliace
- Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect tax
- Able to read and interpret agreements from a tax perspective
- Ownership of complex projects end-to-nend
- Proficient in presentation to the Top Management
- Proficient in achieving goals in a demanding environment
- Committed to educate the finance community on tax items
- Ambitious to be a team leader and player
- Consolidated business orientation, with attention to precision and compliance
Availability for relocation in Switzerland
