**Descrizione**:
**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Identify opportunities for further sales growth or cost reductions: evaluate performance of ecommerce activities and develop valuable insights based on deep-dive analyses;
- Deep analysis of other sites in order to propose new ideas and capabilities;
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless online experience and auditing needs;
- Monitoring and analysis of competitor’s and best-in-class benchmarks ecommerce activities & performance;
- Help to define the commercial and promotional plan in order to achieve the sales forecast and target.

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- e-Commerce knowledge both in terms of sales and technical development;
- Understanding of business needs and primary stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team
- Interpersonal and organizational skills;

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Economic Degree or similar
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project);
- Previous work experience in digital performance marketing and ecommerce is a plus

**Key performance indicators**: sales, conversion rate, leads
