Euronext Securities - Internship, Project Management IT

Workplace: working from home/office

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a guardian of the Group PM policy, lead its roll-out and ensure teams respect the policy;
- Centralize and report on capacity based on input received from resource managers;
- Support all key contributors in the preparation of key project documentation;
- Maintain macro-plan (overall project plan) and detail plan (3 months view on deliverables, dependencies and resource working on it);
- Responsible for capacity management and ensure resource availability for all upcoming phase (demand & capacity);
- Centralize key documentation update (Risk log, action list, );
- Request planning input from key contributors and consolidate their inputs (MS Project);
- Ensure that key deliverables are produced in line with programme plan and take action or escalate to programme director the project and ensure that key deliverables are produced;
- Update and centralized required documentation (risk register, List of Open items, etc.);
- Ensure project execution is in line with the plan Report on project progress, risks, and raise any need of arbitrations to programme committee;
- Centralize lessons learnt and run regular retrospective;
- Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or Computer Engineering with a focus on Project Management courses;
- Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken);
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Jira;
- Prince2 Certification is a plus.
