The Legal, Compliance & Security area manages all legal, compliance and cyber security matters related to the activities of the Group in Italy. The role has specific focus on the Sales Business Unit dealing with final customers and/or compliance and data protection.
- day-to-day legal advice to the different functions within the whole organization
- management of the Company’s claims, disputes and litigations
- Data Protection and Compliance management
- extraordinary legal advice concerning eventual M&A processes

**Key skills**:

- Degree in Law
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Civil and Commercial Law
- English proficiency
- Up to 2 years working experience in a law firm or in a company legal department
- Italian Bar Admission and a Master in Legal Affairs could represent a plus
- Details oriented
- Analytical mind set
- Methodic and able to work both autonomously and in team
- Ability to establish connections and understanding the big picture of work processes
- Ability to organize own work and prioritize assigned activities
- Pragmatic, hands on approach, problem solver
- Proactive, open minded
- Good interpersonal skills
