Il Sales Assistant risponde alle seguenti principali aree di responsabilità:

- contribuire al raggiungimento dei target di vendita assegnati, fornendo un adeguato servizio alla clientela, attraverso la tempestiva e corretta comprensione dei bisogni;
- garantire l’accoglienza, l’assistenza e l’orientamento del cliente durante il processo di acquisto;
- mantenere un elevato livello di servizio per assicurare la soddisfazione del cliente;
- partecipare e contribuire operativamente a tutte le attività marketing dell’Azienda quali promozioni o eventi.
- forte orientamento al cliente e al servizio;
- ottime capacità di vendita, relazionali, comunicative e organizzative;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
- affidabilità, disponibilità e flessibilità a lavorare su turni 6/7;
- approccio formale ed elegante;
- abilità nell'utilizzo di strumenti informatici
